Cancellation Policy

At Uplift Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.  We meet you halfway by only charging 50% versus 100% percent of the appointment cost. Our specialists are paid per appointment and not per hour, so we have to make sure that our employees are taken care of. We hope you understand.
